During an appointment, our clinician will conduct a full examination of your feet, ankles and lower legs. They may also observe you standing and walking. An effective shoe insert will then be recommended.
Shoe orthotics can help relieve the pain caused by a number of medical conditions, including arthritis and diabetes.

If your shoes wear out on the inside of the heel, this may be an indication of foot pronation. Wearing foot inserts (othotics) can help to realign the body and will reduce any symptoms.
Foot pronation produces the following musculoskeletal problems:
Foot supination is where the foot rolls towards the outside of the heel. You will notice your shoes wearing out on the outside of their soles. As with foot pronation, these issues can be rectified by wearing fitted orthotics.
